I am a certified Soft Tissue Therapist with over 18 years of experience, which includes treating many international athletes at London 2012 Paralympics.

 

I specialise in a variety of treatments including sports & remedial massage and acupuncture to ease pain and tension in muscles and other soft tissues, as well as Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage (MLD) to reduce swelling. I will often use a range of techniques within each treatment session to improve the way your body feels and moves. 

 

I offer massage in Palmers Green from my peaceful garden studio, but am also easily accessible from Winchmore Hill, Southgate and offer home visits in the surrounding areas of North London, England, UK.
